PCBs
There are PCBs for PROMMER and USB-IR-Boy in Eagle format. USB-IR-Boy is LIRC compatible USB bus infrared receiver hardware using Motorola MC68HC908JB8JPE MCU. PROMMER is MC68HC908JB8JPE MCU programmer.

If you want to edit schematics or PCB, you need install motorola_hc08.lbr library to Eagle library folder /opt/eagle/lbr/. If Eagle installated in folder /opt/eagle/.
